LG K20 (2019): Android Go budget with MIL-STD 810G protection, Snapdragon 425 chip and € 100 price tag

In 2017, LG introduced the budget smartphone LG K20, and now, after two years, the manufacturer decided to update the device.

What is known

Unlike the previous model, the LG K20 (2019) comes with a simplified version of the Android Go OS. The system is better optimized for “weak iron”.

The device received a plastic case and a 5.45-inch elongated FullVision-display with a resolution of 960 × 480 pixels. Under the hood of the novelty is a Snapdragon 425 processor paired with 1 GB of RAM and 16 GB of ROM. The internal drive can be expanded with a microSD card.

For autonomy, the LG K20 (2019) meets a 3000 mAh battery with a microUSB charging port. The new camera also has a main camera of 8 megapixels (f / 2.2) and a front camera of 5 megapixels.

Among the features of the device, one can distinguish the presence of a headphone jack, the military standard of protection MIL-STD 810G and a separate button for launching the Google Assistant.

Price and when to wait

The smartphone is already on sale in some European countries with a price tag of 100 euros. Two body colors are available: Aurora Black and Moroccan Blue.
